All of these conditions are dependent on area and season, etc. There are a few grass types, which are known to be stronger and better when it comes to dealing with various conditions:
1. First we have a grass called bermuda. This grass thrives well in tropical and subptropical areas. It also does well in the transition areas.
2. Next, we have bluegrass. This grass is better in cool seasons and populates the ground with high quality grass. It is more dense if it has pure strands for growing.
3. Last, we have zoysia. Compared to bluegrass, this type of grass is for the warm seasons, and it orignated in Asia. Some of the good things about this grass is that it has salt tolerance and deep roots.
