Mr. Weedy says: try using a soaker hose to irrigate your perennial and annual landscape shrubs this year. Use a soaker hose with a timer to make things a lot easier providing a more accurate watering method for your plants. Set the timer for at least three days a week depending on your flower pot size and flower bed size. Most hoses apply 1 gallon per foot per hour.
